  • Orders under $49 are subject to a flat shipping fee of $9.99

Zanoro Casa will work directly with the carrier to locate your shipment and, if necessary, arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our policies.


Delivery Issues

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.

For damaged items, we may request photo documentation of the product and packaging to assist with resolution.
