Free standard shipping is available on all orders over $49 within the United States. Orders under $49 are subject to a flat shipping fee of $9.99.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after this time will begin processing on the next business day.

Lost Packages

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.

- If damage is discovered after opening the package, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the item and original packaging.
For verified damaged or incorrect items, Zanoro Casa will cover all return shipping costs and arrange a replacement or refund.
