Its clean, framed design suits a modern bathroom, an ensuite or a dressing area, and its calm palette lets it slip quietly into any scheme.
Made with care. The mat is woven from ultra-soft, high-absorbency microfiber that drinks up water quickly to keep floors dry, over a robust non-slip TPR backing that grips the floor for safety and stays put. It is machine washable and tumble-dry friendly, holding its colour and softness wash after wash. Each mat stands just 1.5 cm (0.6 in) high, and is offered in seven rectangular sizes from 40 × 60 cm (15.7 × 23.6 in) to 60 × 150 cm (23.6 × 59.1 in).

Lost Packages

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unused and in original condition
- Be returned with all original packaging, accessories, and tags
- Be requested for return within 30 days of delivery
Please note that returns sent without prior authorization cannot be accepted.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.
Zanoro Casa does not charge restocking fees on eligible returns.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.
- If visible damage is present upon delivery, we recommend refusing the shipment and contacting our support team immediately.
- If damage is discovered after opening the package, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the item and original packaging.
For verified damaged or incorrect items, Zanoro Casa will cover all return shipping costs and arrange a replacement or refund.
