Made with care from solid wood and natural linen, it stands 160 cm (62 in) tall beneath a 40 cm (15.7 in) drum shade, and runs on a long-life integrated LED with a wide 90-260V range. Lost Packages

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.

Zanoro Casa does not charge restocking fees on eligible returns.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.

If visible damage is present upon delivery, we recommend refusing the shipment and contacting our support team immediately.
If damage is discovered after opening the package, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the item and original packaging.

For verified damaged or incorrect items, Zanoro Casa will cover all return shipping costs and arrange a replacement or refund.
