Lost Packages

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.

If visible damage is present upon delivery, we recommend refusing the shipment and contacting our support team immediately.
If damage is discovered after opening the package, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the item and original packaging.

For verified damaged or incorrect items, Zanoro Casa will cover all return shipping costs and arrange a replacement or refund.
