Made with care. The rug is woven from high-quality polyester plush with a thick, soft surface and a non-slip backing that keeps it steady on any floor. It is hand- or machine-washable for easy upkeep. Offered in nine sizes, from a compact 80 × 120 cm (31.5 × 47.2 in) up to a generous 200 × 300 cm (78.7 × 118.1 in).

Lost Packages

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unused and in original condition
- Be returned with all original packaging, accessories, and tags
- Be requested for return within 30 days of delivery

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.
Zanoro Casa does not charge restocking fees on eligible returns.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.
- If visible damage is present upon delivery, we recommend refusing the shipment and contacting our support team immediately.
- If damage is discovered after opening the package, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the item and original packaging.
For verified damaged or incorrect items, Zanoro Casa will cover all return shipping costs and arrange a replacement or refund.
