Like a posy of flowers caught in glass, Fiorella scatters light into a hundred soft sparkles. Each pendant is a domed cluster of pressed-crystal blooms edged with faceted teardrops, crowned by a polished brass fitting — a little jewel to hang above the moments that matter.
Designed in the spirit of mid-century Italian glasswork, it casts a warm, diffused glow and a gentle play of refracted light. Suspend it over a dining table or kitchen island, cluster a few at staggered heights, or let one glow softly at a bedside or entry.
Crafted from high-quality clear crystal glass and warm brass-tone metal, it hangs from a twisted fabric cord that adjusts up to 120 cm so you can set the perfect drop. Choose the petite size for a delicate accent or the larger size for more presence. Uses one E14 bulb (not included).

Free standard shipping is available on all orders over $49 within the United States. Orders under $49 are subject to a flat shipping fee of $9.99.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after this time will begin processing on the next business day.

Lost Packages
If your package has not been delivered within 15 business days after the expected delivery date, please contact our customer support team.
Zanoro Casa will coordinate with the carrier to locate the shipment and, if necessary, arrange for a replacement or refund in accordance with our policies.

Returns & Refunds

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unused and in original condition
- Be returned with all original packaging, accessories, and tags
- Be requested for return within 30 days of delivery
Please note that returns sent without prior authorization cannot be accepted.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.
Zanoro Casa does not charge restocking fees on eligible returns.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.
- If visible damage is present upon delivery, we recommend refusing the shipment and contacting our support team immediately.
- If damage is discovered after opening the package, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the item and original packaging.
For verified damaged or incorrect items, Zanoro Casa will cover all return shipping costs and arrange a replacement or refund.
