Shipping

Free standard shipping is available on all orders over $49 within the United States. Orders under $49 are subject to a flat shipping fee of $9.99.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after this time will begin processing on the next business day.

Processing Time: 1–2 business days

Transit Time: 6–8 business days

Estimated Delivery Time: 7–10 business days

While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including:

• Inventory availability or order processing capacity
  
• Increased order volume during peak seasons
  
• Carrier delays or transportation disruptions
  
• Severe weather events, natural disasters, or labor strikes
  

Lost Packages

If your package has not been delivered within 15 business days after the expected delivery date, please contact our customer support team.

Zanoro Casa will coordinate with the carrier to locate the shipment and, if necessary, arrange for a replacement or refund in accordance with our policies.

If a significant delay occurs with your order, our team will notify you as soon as possible.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your home as much as we do. If something isn’t quite right, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Our team will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must:

• Be unused and in original condition
  
• Be returned with all original packaging, accessories, and tags
  
• Be requested for return within 30 days of delivery
  

Please note that returns sent without prior authorization cannot be accepted.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.

Zanoro Casa does not charge restocking fees on eligible returns.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.

• If visible damage is present upon delivery, we recommend refusing the shipment and contacting our support team immediately.
  
• If damage is discovered after opening the package, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the item and original packaging.
  

For verified damaged or incorrect items, Zanoro Casa will cover all return shipping costs and arrange a replacement or refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Zanoro Casa cannot be responsible for return shipments that are lost or undelivered.
